Attention UCO College of Business students and alumni! Student Success Center Appointment Manager is where you can schedule appointments with your Undergraduate or Graduate Student Success Advisor, Business Career Consultant, and/or Scholarship Coordinator (during scholarship season)! You will receive automatic email and text reminders after you schedule. Appointments can be scheduled in person or virtually. For updates on UCO's COVID operating procedures, be sure to visit COVID-19 Response before scheduling your appointment. Currently, we are operating at Level 2, which means that all of our services are virtual. In the event that your appointment is scheduled to be in-person, please be on the lookout for directions on how to join the appointment virtually.
BUSINESS ADVISEMENT INFORMATION (current UCO students): Student Success Advisors are assigned to specific majors, so please select the major you wish to pursue to graduation and you will see a listing of the Student Success Advisor(s) who advise that major. Our Student Success Advisors are specifically trained to work with specific majors, and students are best served meeting with the Student Success Advisor who advises their major. Students who schedule appointments with Student Success Advisors outside of their major will be asked to reschedule.
***We see all College of Business students with business majors or undecided business majors EXCEPT for first-time entering freshmen and freshmen with less than 24 hours earned. All first-time entering freshmen MUST go through FORGE (i.e. UCO Orientation). To sign-up for FORGE, click here. Freshmen will begin seeing a major advisor in the College of Business when it is time to start planning for their sophomore year (~ 24 hours). Until that time, freshmen can schedule an appointment with a freshman advisor in the Center for Academic Advisement in the Nigh University Center (NUC) suite 121, here. Students currently enrolled in their first semester and/or who are trying to enroll in their first semester and schedule an appointment in our system will be contacted and asked to reschedule with a freshman advisor in the NUC to ensure they are seen through the right process and in the right location.Exception: If you are a freshman Professional Golf Management (PGM) student, please call (405) 974-2325 to schedule your advisement appointment.***

SCHOLARSHIP APPOINTMENTS: Our Scholarship Coordinator is happy to meet with students to assist with applying for scholarships through UCO's scholarship portal during scholarship season in January - February. For students who are awarded scholarships from the College of Business, you will meet with the Scholarship Coordinator for assistance and to review your thank you note to the donor(s). Appointments are made available in the schedule during the appropriate times of the year (January - April).
Please note: To ensure that your appointment was scheduled, please check your email for an email confirmation. If you did not receive one, your appointment did not go through. Please go back through the process to schedule or call our office at (405) 974-2325. Oftentimes when an appointment does not go through it's because two students were trying to schedule the same appointment and only one secured it.
